Korbyn J. Easley

Korbyn J. Easley worked for two years as an associate attorney locally in Rogers County, before co-founding the Easley & Easley law firm alongside his brother, Kevin. Mr. Easley has experience in a wide variety of legal matters. His practice areas encompass probate and estate planning, Indian law, general civil litigation, criminal defense, and family law. 

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Easley currently serves as the municipal judge for the town of Chelsea located here in Rogers County.

Mr. Easley graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2018, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a focus on Pre-Law Legal Studies. After graduation, Mr. Easley attended the University of Oklahoma College of Law where he was a Cherokee Nation Scholarship recipient and a Dean’s Leadership Fellow. While in law school, Mr. Easley’s primary areas of interest included Federal Indian law, Constitutional law, Oil and Gas and Natural Resource law. In Mr. Easley’s final year of law school, he earned his certification as a certified Peacemaker, a form of alternative dispute resolution utilized by various tribal courts.

Mr. Easley graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2021. During his time at OU Law, Mr. Easley studied International Family Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution at the University of Oxford, England. Mr. Easley was also an active member of the Oil and Gas and Natural Resources & Energy Society, and the Agricultural Law Society, holding an officer’s position in both organizations. 



Mr. Easley is a member of both the United States District Court Western District of Oklahoma and United States District Court Northern District of Oklahoma.

Mr. Easley was raised in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, and is a proud Citizen of the Cherokee Nation.
