Kevin Easley


Attorney

Kevin Easley is a courtroom attorney who has experience in litigating in both the civil and criminal arenas. His practice encompasses family law, criminal law, Indian law, personal injury, civil rights, medical malpractice, and complex civil litigation. Mr. Easley practices in state, federal, and tribal courts. He routinely serves as local counsel in a variety of cases for firms located outside of Rogers County and previously served as the municipal judge for Chelsea and Foyil, towns located in Rogers County.


Mr. Easley is a proud citizen of Cherokee nation and was elected in 2023 to serve as the tribal councilman for District 14 of the Cherokee Nation. District 14 is made up of a majority of Rogers County, and Mr. Easley proudly serves in his role as an advocate and representative for his constituents and communities. 


In 2013, Mr. Easley graduated with distinction from the University of Oklahoma Price College of Business with a degree in business finance. While an undergraduate at the University of Oklahoma, Mr. Easley worked for the Bank of Oklahoma in Tulsa in the foreign exchange division, where he focused on the exchanging and trading of foreign currencies. 


In 2016, Mr. Easley graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law with his Juris doctorate. While in law school Mr. Easley excelled in moot court oral arguments, and courtroom-oriented work, and studied alternative dispute resolution at the Univeristy of Oxford, England. During law school, Mr. Easley worked for Norman Wohlgemuth Attorneys at Law, a well-renowned law firm located in Tulsa, OK, and upon graduation joined Norman Wohlgemuth as an associate attorney where his practice focused on complex civil litigation, commercial and business disputes, and family law. 


Mr. Easley resides outside of Chelsea, OK. He has practiced law in Rogers County since 2017 and co-founded the Easley & Easley law firm alongside his brother, Korbyn.


In 2022, Mr. Easley was selected as one of Oklahoma’s Rising Star attorneys, a peer recognition achievement presented to the top 5% of attorneys in Oklahoma. Since 2020, Mr. Easley has helped to collect over $10,000,000 representing his clients in various tort litigation.
